The Manchester Marathon on November 2nd was the final stop on the USATF-NE LDR Grand Prix. The men’s team took 6th in the Open division – with no open runners – all were Masters and above. They took 3rd in the Masters and Senior division. The ladies grabbed 7th in Open – with only Michelle Martin being a true Open runner -- and 6th in the Masters division. Jim Garcia beat Whirlaway (YAY!) to win the 55-59 division. Bill Dumont was 4th 11 mins later. The energizer bunny known as Tom Peters won the 60-64 division (despite being 64). Colin Loghin notched a PR and 2nd in the 40-44 division. Ken Cain, also a PR, took 4th in the 45-49 division, followed 14s later by Tom Grenier.
